AMBROISAL HOURS

Amritvela starts after midnight and ends around 6am. Many faiths consider around 3 hours before sunrise as the Ambroisal hours of early dawn to be in communion with the Divine and meditate on his glory.

Saintly souls have expressed if ones early morning hours are wasted in sleep one dies before living. The more you sleep the less you live. Simply putting it if people can control the dim hours from sun set to sunrise he becomes a true human being. Instead we eat, drink, enjoy wordily pleasures until midnight & then snore the rest of the night away. Amritvela a time of receptivity & calls for absorbing the purity.

Some keep wondering what offering can we place before him by which we might see the Darbar of His court. What words can we speak to evoke his love. The answer lies in the Amritvela, the ambrosial hours before dawn to chant the True Name and contemplate his Glorious Greatness.

By the Karma of past actions, the robe of this physical body is obtained and it is only by HIS Grace the gate of liberation is found. So sing and listen to HIS Bani and let your mind be filled with love. What follows is truthfulness, contentment and spiritual wisdom. Pains & sins are erased bringing peace to you & family.
