Failing to take claim of wrong doings some minds conveniently find a reason, excuse or a person to cover it up. “Because of you” passing it on to another is easy mantra to retract in a mental comfort zone.

Being slave to our senses we lie to our mind. Hacking our own brain to respond with choices and get creative with wrong thoughts and initiatives. There begins a commotion to what truly is a part of the brain which would want you to confront your senses to overcome weakness, to learn better options, to discipline, accept the wrong and improvise on it, however something about self does not want to take responsibility.

Some people keep making comments even when not required or asked for. These very persons get easily offended as they take things personally and worst they think to be right all the time. Who actually is commanding those thoughts? Surely it’s one’s own ego and sadly when ego takes over, you are fighting all day having more commotion. It is often late when deep relations get lost in such commotion.

Some individuals often want to have the last word or be part of just about everything. Joining a conversation late between two people discussing their Sunday, the individual will want to know all what’s missed first and then like a media correspondent will want answers to how many were there, do I know them, where you went, what you ate, what did you wear etc. There is no gain with such questions and surely has nothing to do with knowing the other person better. Trespassing peoples mind space is hard for the mind in commotion to realize.

The mind in commotion cannot process information well; it detaches one from happiness as everything is about Me. A craving trait is to possess things; this keeps them on the run to keep acquiring. Although an object in possession seldom retains the same charm that it had in pursuit but confusion in mind enjoys and has good stamina.

All what is planned is not necessary to happen and with no preparedness to take delays, failures and options to restart, the mind brews pessimistic thinking adding to the commotion inside.

It's really hard to do nothing totally. Even just sitting our bodies are churning, our minds are chattering. Going by the National Science Foundation average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. A mind in commotion is ignorant or immature for its love with enemies’ i.e pride, lust, anger, greed and attachment and is less friendly with Dharam, virtues, compassion etc.

99% people may claim that their mind is not an activist to cause commotion, they wrongly assume they can remove clutters of commotion from their heads, just because they can remove the clutter around their work desk, surrounding or home.

Instead of dissipating our life in mere commotion, let us learn and make effort to remove the unbalancing emotion and commotion which occurs when one experiences an emotion very intensely, suddenly, or when we chronically hold onto any emotion over an extended period of time.

Who you meet, what you have, what others do to you, arguments, anger, disappointments, hatred, mental stress reflecting on health, is purely all one’s doings. Every thought, creations and situations has been attracted by one’s own present or past karmas and not because of others bringing upon you. Hukum is a realization bringing strength and opportunity to self to conduct well and better things.

Inner victories are the real basis for outer accomplishments.
