Correcting our Stupidity

We forget what our origin is & who gave us our appearance. HE who fashioned, adorned and decorated us. HIS creations, (nature - human form- worldly pleasures) we keep enjoying but abandon HIM.

Holy scriptures remind us “This worthless person has not appreciated in the least, all the good deeds done for him”. Truly most forget, by HIS grace we abide in comfort upon earth. In the fire of the womb HE preserved us. In our infancy HE gave us milk to drink. In the flower of youth HE gave us food, pleasure & understanding. As we grow old, family & friends are there to feed as we rest. With our children, siblings, friends & spouse we laugh. By HIS grace you drink in cool water and have peaceful breeze & priceless fire.

We are provided with all necessities of life, HE gave us hands, feet, ears, eyes and tongue and yet we forsake HIM and attach ourselves to others. Such sinful mistake clings to the blind fools.

Strangely, that which passes away we tend to believe it to be permanent. We renounce truth & embrace falsehood. That which is immanent, we believe it to be far off. All the time desperate in our struggle to what we will have, not realizing eventually it is left. Belonging to the human species but often act like animals. Actively curse others day & night (Ninda). Outwardly, display knowledge, meditation & purification, but within clings the dog of greed. The fires of desire ranges within but externally apply ashes to bodies. If not Stupidity what is it?
