Let’s conceptualize the need of a SPIRITUAL FIR to be registered with “Our Creator” who has blessed us with a human form as a gift. Is HIS gift under influence of our Conscious and soul advocating the Creator’s Will, in our day to day living?

Most Holy scriptures propagate every action which are done in this world, shall be examined in the court of the lord, so we need to conduct ourselves cautiously.

It is evident the rising cases of falling levels of humans qualities, in conducting ourselves with self, family, neighbours, colleagues and as a citizen needs corrections. Be it any institution family/ education/ religious/ political/ business, there seems a need for an introspection to the rules – norms - principles – ethics – values that govern them. These wrongs are being done consciously and unconsciously and at all age levels. To investigate into each institution what is required firstly is Spiritual Integrity (SI), a mind-set of having brutal self- honesty. Invariably we are not honest when we have a personal agenda. We compromise inner wisdom; we choose to present a reactive, self-serving manipulative alternative. It requires considerable understanding of self-awareness & an uncompromising willingness to be authentic.

SI requires us to be unconditionally in love first with Our Creator and then to respect ourselves. Knowing he is within us translates in respecting others as Our Creator is within others too. SI requires us to be acutely aware and responsible for our needs. When we stop misusing our internal self we have become matured. We do the right things not for approval but it is expected and defined by our Lord. SI helps participate with humility and discretion and keeps your actions and thought process in sync of a true human born to love and care. The world will be a better place as we inculcate higher Spiritual integrity and consider some prominent changes on how we conduct ourselves, train others or set standards.

We will under our first FIR investigate why COMPETITION is making the human species encounter sufferings, low esteems, helplessness, depression, stress, nasty, frustrations, hatred, resentment, unethical means, wrongful gain, wrongful loss, an increasing gap between the powerful and the powerless.
