LOVE affair with Divinity - 3

The 5th way of expressing our love to the Divinity is Saacha Pyar.

The love with divine is a form of love that transcends the limitations of all other forms of love. The path to divine love leads you to the love of all things and all people: to see the Divine in all.

To begin this Love we need to pray “O Lord, ocean of mercy, please abide forever in my heart. Please

awaken such understanding within me, that I may be in love with You. Krishna declares in the Gita (18.64) that he loves everyone – even those who don’t love him, but only those who try to love him can experience his love. When we choose the path of love revealed by Krishna, he illuminates our heart with divine wisdom and spiritual love. The easiest way to express our love for Krishna and experience his love for us is by chanting the holy name. .

Guru Nanak Dev ji related it as the the “Game of Love” teaching us the practice of Divine Love through Bhakti devotion”. In Gurbani he said “If you desire to play this game of love with me, then step onto the path with your head in hand. When you place your feet on this path, give your head and pay no attention to public opinion The “head in hand” – is to surrender the self- important ego and also pay no attention to public opinion“– to rise above petty concerns what others may think.

You evoke his love (Saacha Pyar) as you speak to him in the ambrosial hours in the morning (before 6am). During sufferings if you do not change your faith and the source with whom you address your prayer, you are then imbued with ecstasy in the Love of the one Lord. Looking after parents are minds filled with Love for the Blessed Vision of the Pure Lord, they are fulfilled and realized beings - they do not waver. they are totally filled over-flowing with the sweet delight of His Love.

"Aisee preet karahu mun maerae, aath pehar prabh jaanahu naerae".

Meaning: Enshrine such love, O my mind, that twenty-four hours a day, God feels near to you.
