MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS

Guru Nanak ji tells us O mind I caution you to hear my true advise, God will call for your accounts & your account-books will be read. Those who have not worshipped, remembered & repeated Gods name, will be summoned under the custody of angel of death.

While balancing you balance sheet of worldly business activities, an accounting head which is subject to scrutiny beyond life must not be missed out. Good & bad deeds are equally distributed in nature. God the Banker gives endless Capital to the mortal. God has given us the choice and freedom for our Daily Transactions and these deeds we are accounted for. Sin typically produces Short Term gain and long term pain.

The true object of the human life is to attain freedom from births and deaths. Make your mind as the Trader and then carry on the trade in the Divine capital. Worship and repeat the Nam. Deal in the true trade O traders and your Merchandise shall be safe in the court of lord. The knowledge will be conferred upon you by the True Guru, However the fact remains that you should go on praying to God for him to confer His true Wealth upon you. The mortal should know that the human life affords the only opportunity to serve True God, to earn spiritual Profits, to obtain true joy and comfort, to carry on the trade of God and his name and finally to obtain Union with Him. Purchase the Commodity for which you have come (in the world) and the God will come to reside in your heart with the Gurus Grace. By HIS grace all your Deficits are covered. At heart and outside, do not sleep in ignorance and do not falter seeing others (business) beauty or riches.

The Guru (spiritual teacher) has shown me this world as the city and the heart as the shop within my home (body), where I can conveniently deal in the true business of divinity says Nanak ji.
