Still looking for COMPROMISES...... to what's good for us

Is ‘compromise’ the work of mature people? Well it takes quite a mindful to understand when to and when not to compromise. Often in disguise few notice that compromise binds people together and merits the capability of sharing & conciliatory, exhibiting a quality in you of loving, kindness and unselfishness.

Love will ask you to step out of your comfort zone, if you can’t do that you are not ready. Real Love prefers compromise over conflict because it understands that the end goal is peace.

When in social/commercial relationship what restricts growth of two parties? Negative compromise does take place when someone agrees to another party's proposal, but doesn't benefit from this agreement. In negative compromise, one party reaps the rewards at the detriment of the other party. In this condition if sacrifice is not your balm, compromise becomes a Bad Word. There is a thin line and nobody can ever be totally satisfied with a compromise, however shared dissatisfaction is an equalizer. We must strip the word ‘compromise’ of its negative connotations. It is time to tether compromise to a positive post and not misinterpret result as only either one benefitting from the relationship and not the other.

The wise consider life is full of compromise and seemingly if you opt out of it, be aware of its consequences. There is another side to this coin where you must refrain from making compromises. They caution no compromise on basic principles, on moral issues, on matters of knowledge, on truth and of rational conviction.

You may have been influenced to consider compromise as an act of weakness or about losing. On the contrary humble souls advocate that it demonstrates you care for something or someone beyond you. It is deciding that the other person has just as much right to be happy with the end result as you do. Compromise is but the sacrifice of one right or good in the hope of retaining another although often ending in the loss of both. You will realise you are not the one doing all the bending – compromise is a two way street.

Do introspect how you are connected in your spiritual path. Most commonly Guru Ko Maan-na is what people hold to. This devotion conducts actions dedicated to God, but based on one’s convenience, selfish desires or comfort, thus largely a compromise with Gods way of doing things and falling short of HIS expectations. There is discipline, sacrifice and desire of conducting noble actions (good karmas).
