Feel or declare that (someone or something) is responsible for a fault or wrong, this defines the word blame. It seems the first known use of blame as a verb or noun has been in the 13th century.
Ever wondered why many people have mastered the art of Blaming or making others responsible. Some common reasons or situations are:
Difficult things happening in one’s life, blame others.
Often in failure we deny to take responsibility and just to keep a right image, blame others.
In odd situations to feel superior, blame others.
Wanting to get rid of a bad feeling easiest way out, blame others.
A tendency to dominate, blame others. (servants, employees, service providers)
It is unfortunate our modern society seems to support blaming as perfectly acceptable. At home, work place, social organisation, political parties, TV shows, and newspapers all find there scape goats. To explain scape goat we go back centuries. In biblical lore, Aaron selected a goat on behalf of the entire tribe, cast upon it the sins of all members, and then banished it alone to the wild. The members of the tribe were then at great ease, having been freed from their cast-off sins—whatever those sins may have been. Our society has largely adapted this as their formal defence mechanisms as a strategy of deception that we use to help preserve our self-esteem. Strangely there are few who were intensely shamed or punished when admitting responsibility, now choose to blame others. A study called “Blame Contagion” examines whether shifting blame to others is socially contagious. What we see around is easy reflection of its spread. Caution yourself with such, powerlessness, helplessness and pessimist breed of people, if they are dear to you advise them to change.
Those connected with their Holy Scriptures are aware to “blame others culture” is a satanic culture. “ One who commits a wrongdoing and then blames others is choosing a path which is not acceptable to God. “
Another saying, “ Day and night, they receive the rewards of their own actions. Don't blame anyone else; your own actions lead you astray. Listen, O Friend, O Saint, O humble Sibling of Destiny. "

Irresponsible blame received, reduces your sins but you blaming irresponsibly reflects in your list of bad karmas.
