One word for above is Death. No matter who we are death has to come to us.
The suspense of it is Godly, awareness of death makes living responsible.
“Pehla Maran Kabul, Jeevan Ki Chaad Aaass” (Sri Guru Grant Saheb ji)
(Accept death first and give up any hope of life.) When you surrender your self in this manner to the almighty, neither death nor deception comes to those within whose minds the lord abides. Knowing death the Gurus way, you begin to value yours and others life. Surrendering to the creations of the creator you seldom harm, damage or destroy other livings. There has to be a cause and manner to death. Why not pray that it is gentle, natural, graceful rather than tragic, accidental, disastrous, ugly, painful. Some people do not want to talk about death as if it will happen when thought about. Death is not a human prerogative but your prayers can influence the cause and manner of death correcting past & present Karmas. Seek HIS grace even for death. Being in gratitude for the human form pray he takes you back with his HUKUM, in the full body form with least sufferings. A realization that suffering is the medicine and pleasures the disease, because where there is pleasure there is no desire for God. Once connected to HIM even in pain you could be saying “Tera Bhana Meetha Lage “
