‘Each’ by the dictionary refers to every one of two or more people or things regarded and identified separately.

There is so much more to the word “each” but we have stopped teaching or learning about it. In spirituality the term "each" often emphasizes the interconnectedness of all things and the inherent value of every individual. It suggests a sense of unity, where every being, every experience, and every element plays a unique and essential role in the larger spiritual tapestry. Does this perspective not promote a deep respect for diversity and the recognition that all parts contribute to the wholeness of existence.

Gurbani uses "each" to convey that God is not distant or separate but is present within everything. This concept of divine immanence encourages devotees to look for the divine not just in temples or scriptures, but in each person, place, and thing.

India is generally considered a very religious country and in one study it states approximately 97% people express faith in a God and many being absolutely certain of their belief. In comparison Western nations particularly in Europe reports show a decline in religious practice and belief in recent decades. India is having a long history of religious pluralism and tolerance, with various religious communities coexisting and even participating in each other's festivals. If India is a deeply religious society is it not strange of our inhuman expressions in social order being contrary to each religious teaching.

“Each” emphasizes individual accountability and responsibility, as well as highlighting the universality of God's message and creation. "Each" embodies this idea by reminding us that each individual, each creature, and every part of nature is part of this vast network.

“Each” helps recognize inherent worth of every individual regardless of one’s backgrounds, beliefs or circumstances. It values every life’s meaning purpose. It encourages acceptance and appreciation of different perspectives and experiences.

"Each" has a unique contribution to inspire personal growth and self-discovery.

To differ with above one is victim of ignorance or misunderstanding.

A larger influence in our lives these days is politics. An artistic expression of political theme encompasses strategies, tactics and personal skills required for effective political participation and leadership. “Each” is to then engage with political ideas and issues through their work for the nation. Some people by their words and actions have redefined Politics. It now seems an art of looking for trouble, finding it whether it exists or not, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedy. A learning for each in politics is to engage loyalty to country ALWAYS – loyalty to the party when it DESERVES.

When people cared about “each” other they found a way to make it work, however this is largely becoming a miss in international politics too. An early learning in geopolitics: we are each other’s harvest, we are each other’s business, and we are each other’s magnitude and bound.  None is good at everything hence need each other. The absence of this learning in certain regions is becoming gruesome diplomacy in the hands of few.

“Each” is a word that can be used to highlight the individual and the collective, the specific and the general and to emphasize fairness and equal consideration. In all aspects of our life, its presence is to be inculcated and infused in families, societies, organisations and nations again and again.

To be worthy of “each”: Each one, reach one, each one teach one until all come to the same page. Humanity has to believe that they are here to be for each other and not against each other.

“Each” one of us can make a difference but together we can make a CHANGE.
