As individuals we are often in challenging situations. Managing them well often works with an understanding to Let Go. This choice can always steer one to better beginnings if timely done.

Let Go is not quitting, it is not giving up, simply managing better endings. Let Go is hard to exercise & scary with something you are involved in the very present, or about something of the past that you have been holding on for long. It is even difficult if it is a conscious choice versus a physical action.

An advisory to consider Let Go before its consequences result in a lifelong pain, or even worse taken with you to your grave.

Let Go your argument before it becomes a brawl.

Let Go your disagreements before it becomes litigation.

Let Go your hatred before it breaks relationship.

Let Go your negative thoughts & feelings before it becomes an illness.

Let Go your ego before it kills your consciousness.

Let Go your greed before it takes you away from your faith.

Let Go corrupt practises as they well bring along sufferings than wellness.

According to Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, there are five stages of Letting Go: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

Our holy scriptures provide us the courage and wisdom to Let Go of the shame and guilt that can stop us from pursuing righteousness. It can also assist us to Let Go of the weakness we may feel at difficult times and become strengthened by the teachings of God. Let me share just a few.

“Whenever we are beset by fear and sadness, whenever we know that we should be letting go and moving forward but are unable to take the first step, we must turn to God.”

“It is God alone that can ease our troubled souls and it is God alone that can open a way for us to Let Go of the baggage and fear that is holding us down, or back.“

Chapter 18th of the Gita summarizes all about letting go; Lord Krishna says,

Let Go, do not cling on to the fruits of your actions. Have no attachments to the result of your actions (do not worry about what is going to happen).”
