99 percent people pursue the divine path when they are victim to some sadness, need, suffering, pain or loss. Answered Prayer (AP); generally the manner how we plead while praying, fails to match one’s expressions of gratitude when rewarded. A saying in Gurbani “Suffering is the medicine, and pleasure the disease” because where there is pleasure the Lord is forgotten.

The expressions of gratitude must continue long after an AP.

The sustenance of AP is complimented when shared with others, better still when prayer is for things that are for Sarbat ka Bhalla.
